We're looking for an organized and proactive IT Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology projects. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and helping deliver successful IT initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
๐ฏ Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing IT projects from initiation through completion
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports
- Monitor project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns when appropriate
- Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and track deliverables
- Support resource planning and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure projects comply with organizational standards, policies, and best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvements in project management processes and tools
- Entry-Level / Junior (0โ3 years of experience, internships included)
- Experience in project coordination, IT project management, business analysis, or related roles
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment
- PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications are a plus but not required
- Fluent in English
- Based in the United States with legal authorization to work full-time
- Ability to commute to the assigned office location as required
