What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapy Assistant position at SALMON Health and Retirement?
This is a Pay-Per-Visit role earning $40 - $44 per visit
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience preferred, home health experience strongly preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
- Ability to work independently in a home-based environment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
