New England Physical Therapy is growing, and we are looking for passionate and dedicated Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) to join our team.
We provide compassionate, individualized care with a strong focus on rehabilitation, recovery, and helping injured Federal employees return to work and their daily activities. Our approach is patient-centered rather than high-volume, allowing our clinicians to spend meaningful time with each patient and create treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
Positions & Compensation
- Physical Therapist (PT): Compensation based on experience
- Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA): $30–$35 per hour
- Schedule: Part-time with the opportunity to transition to full-time
- Locations: Auburn, Springfield, & Norwood, MA
- Benefits: TBD during Interview
What You'll Do
- Provide individualized physical therapy and rehabilitation services
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals
- Help patients recover from workplace injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain, and post-trauma discomfort
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team
- Support patients in improving function, reducing pain, and safely returning to work and daily activities
- Maintain a compassionate, professional, and patient-focused environment
What We're Looking For
- Current Massachusetts PT or PTA license
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality patient care
- Compassionate, motivated, and professional attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- New graduates are welcome — we are happy to provide training and mentorship!
