Who We're Hiring

Hardscape Foreman

You're a natural leader with hands-on hardscape experience and a track record of running successful job sites. Youll manage crews, coordinate with project managers, and make sure each job is done right on time, on budget, and to spec.

Youll be responsible for:

• Leading and training crews (25 members) on hardscape installs

• Reading and interpreting site plans and layouts

• Running skid steers, compactors, saws, and laser levels

• Coordinating materials, deliveries, and daily workflow

• Ensuring top-quality craftsmanship and job site safety

• Communicating with clients, PMs, and subcontractors

• Tracking crew hours, materials, and change orders

Hardscape Crew Members

Youve got experience with pavers, block, stone, and site prep and you're ready to be part of a tight, professional crew that takes pride in their work.

Youll work on:

• Installing patios, retaining walls, walkways, steps, and outdoor features

• Operating compactors, saws, small loaders, and basic hand tools

• Site layout, grading, excavation, and drainage work

• Supporting your foreman and team to get the job done right

What You Need to Join Us

Foreman Candidates:
35 years of experience in hardscape installation
Ability to lead a team and communicate with clients and PMs
Proficient with site layout, equipment operation, and plan reading
Valid drivers license (CDL a plus)

Crew Members:
13 years of experience with pavers, block, or stone
Willingness to learn and grow with a high-performing team
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
