Salish Grill provides a fun loving work environment, delivering quality product to the table with waterfront views. We are seeking a part time Shift Lead/Maitre D to join our hard working team, all the while keeping our "Food, Drinks, and FUN, Done Right" philosophy intact. We are looking for motivated individuals with great communication skills and a confident, respectful presence with guests and staff. We have a veteran staff, with many staying with us for six plus years. Our optimal candidate will have several years in high quality and fast paced restaurants. He/She will possess a positive attitude with the goal of finding a way to say "yes" to the guests, with their main objective of making sure the guests are happy - supervising the front door, support staff, and waitstaff to ensure we deliver great service. Compensation includes tips in addition to the hourly wage.
