Line Cook at Salish Grill

Salish Grill is in search of upbeat, hardworking, line cooks for a busy Port Townsend restaurant. We are looking to add strong individuals to our fun and hardworking family of employees. As a Line Cook you are responsible for food production at one or more hot line stations, ensuring that all foods are produced according to recipe and plate presentation specifications. The Line Cook will be responsible for the safe handling and storage of food products. It is required for Line Cooks to maintain a clean and sanitary work station. Compensation includes the possibility of health benefits and the opportunity to work with great people. Hourly wage includes compensation in our tip pool.
