Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support by greeting and assisting visitors
- Check-in / Check-out patients
- Answer multi line phone
- Schedule appointments
- Assist the doctor during the new patient consult
- Present fees and payment options
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 yr experience working in a Dental Office as a front desk receptionist or treatment coordinator
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
