Major Duties:

Make kids are our number 1 priority.

Work collaboratively to develop engaging lessons that help to instill Life Long Learning.

Help students achieve by recognizing and adjusting to meet their individual needs.

Model lifelong learning as professionals. We will commit ourselves to the most updated staff development to better serve our students.

Give students the tools to be powerful thinkers, effective collaborators, and empathetic citizens outside the walls of Heusner.

Build relationships with parents and community in our schools. We will use an open door policy.

Provide an environment of clear expectations, consistent consequences, and high academic standards

for each individual student.

Qualifications: Proper Kansas Licensure with endorsement in K-6 Core Content MESH
