What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infant/Toddler Teacher Assistant position at Salina Public Schools?
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (with a 30-60 minute lunch break)
- Full-year position
- $17.06/hr (High School Diploma, no experience required)
- $18.13/hr (Must have CDA credential)
- $19.22/hr (Must have an AA Degree in Early Childhood Education)
- Additional Benefits: Pay increases and a $500 incentive upon obtaining CDA
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- CDA (Child Development Associate) credential or a related degree required OR must be willing to obtain the CDA credential during the first year of employment
- Experience working in a preschool or childcare setting is preferred
- Passion for working with young children is essential!
