Salina Country Club is seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Line Cook will play an essential role in preparing high-quality meals for our members and guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience. This position requires a passion for cooking, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to club recipes and standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a line cook or similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or club environment
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
