The Salina Country Club is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Expo Person to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of food orders to our members and guests. The ideal candidate will act as a crucial link between the kitchen and the dining area, ensuring that orders are accurate, well-presented, and delivered promptly. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the flow of orders from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Check each plate for presentation and accuracy before it is served.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized expo station

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety and handling practices is a plus
