What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accountant position at Salient Roofing Group?
Part-Time Construction Payroll & Accounting Specialist (Growing to Full-Time)
Join a Fast-Growing Roofing Company
We’re scaling fast and need an Accountant who can bring order, clarity, and precision to a high-volume roofing environment. Someone who can take financial operations from “basic bookkeeping” to tight, consistent, dependable accounting as the company grows.

We’re looking for an Accountant who can take all of that and build clean, controlled financial systems that actually make sense.
If you’re organized, reliable, numbers-driven, and not afraid of rolling up your sleeves in a fast-moving construction environment — you’ll be perfect here.

Ideal Experience:
- 3–10 years in bookkeeping/accounting
- Construction, roofing, trades, or project-based accounting experience
- Extremely reliable - you do what you say you'll do
- Strong understanding of job costing & revenue tracking
- QuickBooks familiarity, strong Excel/Sheets skills
