**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a server in a restaurant or bar setting
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage items
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Basic math skills for processing payments
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and answer questions about menu items
- Take customer orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen or bar staff
- Serve food and beverages in a timely fashion
- Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
**Additional Requirements:**
- Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time
- New Mexico Food and Alcohol servers licenses will be required
