Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center is seeking a temporary Guest Services Concierge.
This position will be a temporary role for approximately 6 months. The hours for this role will be Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

What You’ll Do

Greet patients, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism

Provide clear wayfinding throughout the hospital and outpatient pavilion

Coordinate logistics including parking assistance, wheelchair access, and visitation management

Support personal and logistical needs to reduce stress and confusion

Share accurate information about hospital services and campus resources.
