About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

We are looking for a visionary, strategic, and experienced product leader with a proven track record of driving new product capabilities from initial concept to market leadership. This role will be responsible for guiding the future of our Commerce Cloud, with a specific focus on our B2C E-commerce offerings. The ideal candidate is a natural evangelist and strong influencer, able to effectively communicate with internal and external C-level leadership and foster broad, strategic relationships. You will manage a strong leadership team of VP's and Sr. Directors to scale the B2C Commerce organization.

The future of e-commerce is fundamentally changing with the rise of Agentic Commerce and intelligent agents. This leader will shape how customers discover, interact with, and purchase products in an AI-native commerce experience. You must be a strategic and technical leader with a deep understanding of the commerce market, a solid grasp of evolving consumer behaviors, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive customer success.

This SVP will be accountable for both product innovations as well revenue growth, working in strong collaboration with go-to-market strategy, sales, sales enablement, alliances, and marketing organizations. The role requires a strong technical and design orientation, with a focus on building scalable, intelligent solutions that create delightful, fluid shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and Evangelize the Vision: Build the compelling vision for the future of Commerce Cloud, specifically focusing on how AI and agentic capabilities will revolutionize the user experience. Evangelize this vision with customers, partners, and employees.

  • Lead the Product Lifecycle: Lead a high-performing, global product management team through every aspect of the product lifecycle. This includes understanding market needs, defining product vision and strategy, owning roadmap creation and communication, and guiding execution from requirements to customer enablement.

  • Drive AI-Native Experiences: Shape the intelligent agent layer that acts as a co-pilot for shoppers. Partner closely with engineering and AI/ML teams to integrate LLMs, vector search infrastructure, and RAG pipelines into our product experience to create conversational, contextual, and personalized shopping flows.

  • Develop Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy and plan in collaboration with marketing, sales, sales enablement, and product teams to ensure product-market fit and long-term platform success.

  • Champion the Product: Act as a champion to promote and evangelize new features and solutions with internal and external stakeholders. Present product and roadmap to customer executives, lead conference sessions, and actively participate in industry events.

  • Develop People: Thoughtfully grow, mentor, and lead a creative and collaborative product management team. Foster a strong product culture rooted in user empathy, technical curiosity, and outcome-driven thinking.

  • Accountability for Results: Define key KPIs, guide prioritization, and ensure execution is aligned with broader business goals. Be accountable for delivering business results and driving Commerce Cloud's market leadership.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Equivalent of 15 years of product management or similar experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role leading product teams.

  • Product & People Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, lead, and grow large, global product teams. A respected people leader with a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.

  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of LLMs, vector search, semantic embeddings, and the architecture of AI-driven products. Must have experience owning product strategy for AI-driven or search/discovery experiences.

  • Strategic & Execution-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to define the big picture while also sweating the details. A track record of launching "01" products and scaling them successfully.

  • Communication: Exceptional communicator, both written and oral, with an executive presence and storytelling ability. Able to effectively influence and gain support across a globally distributed organization.

  • Domain Expertise: Deep expertise in the fields of B2C e-commerce, payments and retail technology landscape. Prior experience in product discovery or merchandising is a significant plus.

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Experience working on consumer or e-commerce products at scale.

  • A strong design and UX orientation with the ability to envision compelling, modern experiences.

  • Experience with agent-based frameworks, RAG pipelines, or chatbot interfaces.

  • A technical degree or MBA is a plus.

  • Experience with the Salesforce platform is a plus.
