THE JOB
This is a field-based Territory Sales Representative role for a true hunter. You’ll own a defined territory, prospect apartment communities in person, build relationships with property managers, and close new business. This is not a desk job — success comes from being in the field, showing up consistently, and building trust.
Responsibilities include:
- Daily in-person prospecting within your territory
- Meeting and building relationships with property managers
- Running demos and closing new accounts
- Managing accounts after close to support long-term success
- Tracking activity and pipeline in a CRM
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of outside or field sales experience
- Proven success with cold prospecting and new business development
- Comfortable working independently in a territory
- Strong communication skills and confidence in face-to-face selling
- Grit, resilience, and a competitive, results-driven mindset
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to be in the field daily
- Multifamily experience is not required
