As the company expands nationally, it continues to focus on service, responsiveness, and real results for students and communities.THE JOBThe Territory Account Executive will manage and grow a large existing book of business across Indiana and Michigan, with the majority of established activity centered near Indianapolis. The role combines account management with new business development. You will run virtual meetings with coaches and activity leaders, guide them through fundraising launches, maintain strong relationships, and expand the territory through proactive outreach and referrals. Most meetings are virtual, though occasional in-person visits help accelerate growth. The workload is fast-paced and high-volume, requiring strong organization and communication.THE QUALIFICATIONSExperience in high-volume SaaS, EdTech, youth sports, or related high-velocity environmentsStrong outbound skills and comfort building pipelineTech-savvy with CRM and virtual demo proficiencyHighly organized and capable of managing a large workloadExperience selling to schools, sports programs, or youth organizations is beneficialBackground in athletics or coaching is a plus but not requiredStrong communicator who can guide nontechnical buyersCompetitive, driven, and motivated personalityComfortable with light regional travelTHE BENEFITSCompetitive base salary with achievable variable compensation: 55k 40k in year 1.Remote-first role with flexible work styleMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with matchCompany holidays and additional paid time offSupportive leadership, coaching, and career growth opportunitiesMeaningful mission tied to supporting schools and youth programs
