Outside Sales Executive (Commercial Security Sales)

This opportunity sits within their Commercial Division which partners with general contractors, property managers, municipalities, and facility teams to design, install, and maintain access control and automated gate systems for commercial and industrial clients.

THE JOB:

As an Outside Sales Executive, you will drive growth in the Southern California region east of Los Angeles, primarily consisting of Riverside and San Bernardino counties, by prospecting new business and managing a handful of established client relationships. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will collaborate closely with construction teams, project managers, building owners, and other security professionals. On a day-to-day basis, you will have the ability to create your own schedule to meet your clients’ needs. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a “hunter” mindset who can guide customers in identifying and implementing perimeter solutions for their properties.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 years in perimeter security or related industry (CCTV, security gate systems, parking systems, etc.)
• At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally in a client-facing, high-activity role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with demonstrated sales success.
• Experience working with general contractors, facilities managers, or commercial property teams.
• Must live in or near inland empire (Riverside, San Bernardino, Ontario, Corona, and Moreno Valley)
• Proficiency in territory management and field sales, ideally within SoCal market
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
