As an Onboarding Specialist, you'll be one of the first people our customers interact with after they become clients. Your primary responsibility is to create an exceptional onboarding experience by helping customers successfully set up and begin using the SalesDraft platform.
You'll lead onboarding calls, guide clients through implementation, answer questions, and ensure they feel confident using our software. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in Customer Success, SaaS, or Account Management.
- Lead onboarding and implementation calls with new clients.
- Walk customers through setting up their SalesDraft account.
- Clearly explain our platform, features, and onboarding process.
- Gather required information from clients to ensure a smooth launch.
- Build strong relationships and provide a welcoming first experience.
- Coordinate internally with our Customer Success and Operations teams.
- Document customer interactions and onboarding progress.
- Identify customer needs and proactively solve problems.
- Continuously learn our platform and help improve the onboarding experience.
- Friendly, professional, and confident speaking with clients.
- Comfortable leading video and phone calls.
- Organized and detail-oriented.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, recruiting, or client-facing experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Experience with SaaS, recruiting, or CRM platforms is a bonus but not required.
