Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Customer Success Onboarding Specialist to join our on-site team in Lindon, UT. We are a start-up and work hard, so looking for a great worker who is excited about the energy and work we are doing here! In this role, you will guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful adoption of SalesDraft solutions. You will provide personalized support by addressing client questions, delivering training sessions, monitoring client progress, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and resolve client issues effectively, ensuring their success and retention. This position requires being on calls often, so looking for someone with good stamina for that and bandwidth to be with our amazing clients!
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure an exceptional client experience
- Effective and Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and cross-functional teams
- Analytical Skills to identify client needs, develop solutions, and drive continuous improvement
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Experience with CRM software and onboarding processes is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks on time
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, not required
