Key Responsibilities

• Consult homeowners on customized solar energy solutions
• Educate clients on energy savings, tax incentives, and long-term financial benefits
• Generate and manage a consistent sales pipeline
• Set and run qualified homeowner appointments
• Present customized proposals and close deals using proven systems
• Recruit, build, and mentor a team to create residual and override income

Qualifications

• Previous solar sales or canvassing experience preferred
• Strong closing and negotiation abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-driven
• Comfortable working independently in a commission-based environment
• Bilingual (Spanish–English) is a plus
