What You’ll Do
Team Building & Recruiting
- Recruit, hire, and onboard door-to-door sales representatives
- Build and scale a team of high-producing reps
- Identify and develop future leaders
Training & Development
- Train reps on pitch, product knowledge, and closing techniques
- Provide daily coaching, ride-alongs, and performance feedback
- Implement systems to improve conversion rates and consistency
Performance Management
- Track KPIs, production, and team performance
- Hold reps accountable to daily and weekly targets
