Zero Bugs Denver is hiring a high-level Sales Manager to recruit, train, and lead elite door-to-door sales teams in the Denver market.

What You’ll Do

Team Building & Recruiting

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard door-to-door sales representatives
  • Build and scale a team of high-producing reps
  • Identify and develop future leaders

Training & Development

  • Train reps on pitch, product knowledge, and closing techniques
  • Provide daily coaching, ride-alongs, and performance feedback
  • Implement systems to improve conversion rates and consistency

Performance Management

  • Track KPIs, production, and team performance
  • Hold reps accountable to daily and weekly targets
  • Drive a culture of competition, discipline, and results

Market Growth

  • Oversee territory execution and door-to-door strategy
  • Ensure strong presence and performance in assigned areas
  • Collaborate with leadership to scale operations
