About the Role

As an Experienced, Licensed Life & Health Insurance Sales Agent, you will work directly with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, explain insurance options, and help them select appropriate coverage.

This role is ideal for someone with previous insurance sales experience, strong communication skills, and a motivation to achieve sales goals while providing a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day

• Engage with Clients: Build relationships with prospective and existing clients through professional communication.
• Needs Assessment: Listen carefully to understand clients' needs, goals, and coverage considerations.
• Insurance Solutions: Explain available insurance products and coverage options clearly and professionally.
• Sales and Solutions: Present appropriate solutions and guide clients through the sales process.
• Build Relationships: Develop trust and maintain positive, long-term client relationships.
• Follow Up: Communicate with prospects and clients throughout the sales process and follow up as needed.
• Sales Performance: Work toward individual and team sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members and leadership to support client needs and overall sales objectives.

What You'll Bring

• Previous insurance sales experience required.
• Active Life and Health Insurance license required.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle.
• Must have a mobile device.
• Must have home internet access.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Successful sales professionals can expect to earn between $65,000 and $120,000 annually. Actual earnings vary based on individual sales performance and results.

Work Arrangement

This is an onsite position, requiring you to work from the client's designated office location and engage directly with clients and team members. Come get to know the amazing team!
