Insurance Sales Producer
We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Producer to join our insurance agency. This position is focused on helping individuals, families, and businesses find the right insurance coverage while building lasting relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through leads, referrals, cross-sales, and walk-in customers
- Speak with prospective customers and identify their insurance needs
- Prepare and present personal lines, commercial, and life insurance quotes
- Explain coverage options in a simple and professional way
- Follow up with prospects and work to close new business
- Identify cross-selling opportunities with existing customers
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in our CRM
- Meet individual and agency sales goals
- Provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable speaking with new people and existing customers
- Organized and able to consistently follow up with prospects
- Willing to learn and improve
- Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required
- Insurance licensing preferred; licensing requirements can be discussed during the hiring process
