Position Overview

We are actively seeking licensed Health Insurance Agents who are passionate about helping clients navigate the complex healthcare landscape and secure the right coverage.

What You’ll Do

• Educate clients on private health insurance options, including:
  • Major medical plans
  • Short-term medical coverage
  • Supplemental health products
  • Dental, vision, and critical illness plans
• Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend personalized coverage
• Present solutions in a clear, simple, and client-first manner
• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and referrals
• Stay up to date on healthcare trends, plan options, and compliance requirements
• Deliver a high level of service aligned with the company’s education-first philosophy

Who You Are

• Currently licensed Health Insurance Agent (REQUIRED)
• Strong understanding of:

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
