Onboarding Process (Transfer Agent)
Start your journey with a paid 2 to 4 week onboarding program as a Fronter/Transfer Agent, where you’ll connect qualified senior citizens with licensed agents, gain real call experience, and complete your carrier contracting and certifications. Once you're fully contracted, you’ll transition to an Active Agent role and dive into full-time sales!
Active Sales Agent
All calls are 100% inbound, no cold calling, no chasing leads. Our in-house marketing team keeps your pipeline full, providing you with qualified, interested clients so you can focus on what you do best: connecting, guiding, and closing.
You’ll receive live client transfers from people actively looking for coverage, giving you the chance to help them find the plan that truly fits their needs. We handle the marketing and lead generation, so you can focus entirely on what matters most, serving clients, building confidence, and winning every day.
Compensation & Perks
- $18–$20/hour base pay (based on experience)
- High-earning commission opportunities, top agents make $2,000–$3,000 weekly
- Paid 2–4 week onboarding with live call training
- Full-time: Monday to Friday, from 9 AM - 6 PM EST (occasional Saturdays)
- 100% Remote, work from home and earn nationwide
What You’ll Do as an Active Sales Agent
- Take qualified inbound calls, no chasing, no dialing lists
- Sell Medicare, ACA, and Final Expense plans
- Educate clients, enroll them in coverage, and close deals
- Hit sales targets while staying compliant and professional
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed in 7 states preferred
- 1 year of health insurance sales experience (not a requirement)
- Confident closer, professional communicator, and coachable
- Tech-ready: PC/laptop (i5 , 8GB RAM), wired internet, USB headset
