Position Overview

We are hiring experienced Sales Representatives who can generate opportunities, build trust quickly, and drive results in the field.

This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll prospect neighborhoods, identify roofing needs, and guide homeowners through the process — from first conversation to signed contract.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect targeted areas through door-to-door canvassing
• Identify roofing needs through inspections and homeowner conversations
• Educate customers on solutions, materials, and project scope
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Build strong relationships and maintain follow-up pipelines
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth project delivery
• Represent Summit Solutions with professionalism and integrity

• Proven door-to-door or field sales experience
• Strong ability to generate your own leads consistently
• Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
• Confident communicator with strong objection-handling skills
