As an In-Home Insurance Closer, you will be instrumental in guiding pre-qualified leads through the final stages of the sales process. You will conduct scheduled in-home consultations, focusing on understanding client needs, presenting tailored insurance solutions, and expertly closing sales. This role is designed for individuals who excel in building trust and rapport, demonstrating a deep understanding of insurance products, and providing a professional, respectful presence in a client's personal space.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on running pre-qualified appointments, where you will:

• Conduct in-home consultations with warm leads, building upon the initial engagement.
• Employ consultative selling techniques to uncover client needs, concerns, and financial goals.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations, clearly explaining the benefits and features of our insurance offerings.
• Effectively handle objections and address any client questions with confidence and clarity.
• Guide clients through the decision-making process to successfully close sales.
• Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Adhere to all company policies and ethical guidelines.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Our top performers consistently earn between $80,000 and $160,000 annually, reflecting the direct correlation between your sales success and your income. This structure rewards your dedication and effectiveness in closing deals.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Required: A valid driver's license and personal vehicle for travel to client appointments.
• Required: Authorization to work in the United States.
• Required: To be 18 years of age or older.
• Required: A mobile device with cellular data capabilities.
• Required: A current Life and Health Insurance license.
• Proven experience in a closing sales role, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills.
• The ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong objection-handling and problem-solving abilities.
