Your Mission:
- Lead with Expertise: Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings with unmatched skill and knowledge.
- Research & Strategize: Analyze complex legal issues, conduct thorough research, and develop effective strategies.
- Practice: Attend hearings, negotiate settlements, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
You Are:
- Experienced in Workers' Compensation Defense (Required)
- Juris Doctor degree holder with active membership in the California State Bar
- Proactive and client-centered professional skilled in navigating complex legal issues
- Effective communicator, both oral and written, with a solid grasp of technology
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Utilize your tech skills for research, communication, and digital tasks.
- Travel to various work locations and engage with clients.
- Occasionally perform physical tasks, such as moving boxes or files (up to 20 pounds), for office needs.
