Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a Litigation Attorney who is motivated to take full ownership of cases, with a focus on real estate litigation as well as other civil matters. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients and senior attorneys to develop case strategies, draft pleadings, respond to discovery requests, and oversee all stages of litigation.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $110,000 - $150,000
- Bonus: $12,000 - $20,000 annual bonus paid monthly based on revenue collected
- Billable Hours: 160 hours per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of civil litigation cases, with a preference for experience in real estate litigation
- Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Develop and execute case strategies, managing timelines both independently and in collaboration with the team
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts
- Maintain a professional and cooperative demeanor in all interactions with opposing counsel
- Engage in ongoing training and coaching to support continuous professional development
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the Florida Bar
- 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate Litigation (open to candidates with other litigation backgrounds)
- Board Certification in Real Estate Law or Condominium and Planned Development certification a plus
- Experience with trial preparation and representation in court is a plus
