Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of surgical procedures, including soft tissue and orthopedics
- Utilize advanced diagnostic and therapeutic tools (CT, endoscopy, PRP, laser therapy)
- Communicate treatment plans, surgical options, and outcomes to clients
- Maintain a positive, collaborative work environment
- Mentor and guide surgical support staff
- Participate in ongoing development of surgical protocols and best practices
- Maintain accurate medical and surgical records
What We're Looking For:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited institution
- Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in Virginia
- Board-Certified Veterinary Surgeon or residency-trained veterinarian
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and client education
- Ability to collaborate with a multi-doctor team
Preferred Experience:
- Proficiency in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery
