Our Client is a dynamic and growing Plaintiff's Personal Injury firm located in the heart of Delray Beach. Their firm is committed to delivering exceptional results with a high-touch client experience. As they expand into a brand-new Class-A office space, they are seeking a talented Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $100,000-$150,000/year (DOE)
- Performance bonuses tied to case resolutions

They are looking for a highly motivated Attorney to help manage a litigation caseload from start to finish. You'll be supported by the firm's owner but are expected to quickly develop autonomy and confidence in handling litigation matters with the assistance of their litigation team.
This role is ideal for a driven, client-focused, team-oriented professional who is passionate about personal injury law and courtroom advocacy. You will try cases along with the firm's owner. In sum, this position is for someone who takes pride in their work product and is driven to work as hard and long as possible to get the job done right.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation files
- Draft, review, and respond to discovery
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Draft and argue motions
- Attend hearings and mediations
- Try cases in court
- Collaborate with team members to support firm goals and client outcomes
Qualifications:
- Active member of the Florida Bar and the Southern District of Florida (Required)
- 3 years of personal injury litigation experience preferred
- Strong oral advocacy, writing, and organizational skills
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to case strategy and resolution
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client service and firm culture
