About The Role

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing customer billing interactions through Chargebee, resolving disputes, processing refunds and credits, and collaborating with the Customer Success (CS) team. The ideal candidate will also manage billing-related support tickets using HubSpot, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

What You'll Do

  • Process customer refunds, credits, and adjustments within Chargebee.
  • Investigate and resolve billing disputes in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Success team to support customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage and respond to billing-related tickets via HubSpot.
  • Maintain accurate and organized billing records.
  • Identify recurring issues and escalate them as needed to improve billing operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company billing policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with Chargebee, HubSpot, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
