Global SHEQ Leadership
- Support and strengthen SHEQ programs across global sites and operational projects
- Help drive a proactive, prevention-focused safety and quality culture across teams
- Partner with operations, engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to align SHEQ initiatives with business goals
- Ensure compliance with international and regional standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA, EPA, and related frameworks
- Lead audits, investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action initiatives
- Support continuous improvement efforts focused on operational safety, environmental performance, and quality standards
- Deliver training programs that empower employees and contractors to lead with safety and quality
- Identify opportunities to reduce operational risk, improve quality, and minimize environmental impact
- Support sustainability initiatives focused on emissions reduction, waste minimization, and cleaner operations
- Work cross-functionally with international teams across multiple locations and time zones
- Support customer sites, operational projects, workshops, and field environments globally
- Travel internationally to support operational and SHEQ initiatives as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Engineering, Quality, or related field
- 10 years of EHSQ experience within industrial, manufacturing, energy, LNG, cryogenic, or technical environments
- Strong understanding of ISO standards, OSHA, EPA, and global compliance frameworks
- Experience building safety culture and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to operate globally across teams and projects
- International travel flexibility
- NEBOSH
- ISO Lead Auditor
- Six Sigma
- Other advanced EHSQ or quality certifications
