Key Responsibilities
- Own partner-facing marketing strategy supporting partner acquisition, onboarding, enablement, expansion, and retention
- Develop partner value propositions, segmentation frameworks, and partner journeys
- Create scalable enablement materials that help partners effectively sell and grow gift card programs
- Own positioning, differentiation, messaging, and narrative consistency across sales, marketing, product, and partner communications
- Translate product capabilities, roadmap updates, and releases into clear business outcomes and partner value
- Support go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and partner enablement efforts
- Develop sales tools including battlecards, case studies, proof points, objection handling materials, and competitive positioning assets
- Create thought leadership content, industry narratives, and partner-facing educational materials
- Support webinars, conferences, trade shows, partner events, and sales kickoffs
- Build scalable workflows, content systems, and enablement infrastructure leveraging automation and AI-assisted processes where appropriate
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, partnerships, sales, business development, and executive leadership teams
- 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience within Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Revenue Enablement, SaaS, Payments, Fintech, Platform Ecosystems, or Commerce Infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience in positioning, messaging, partner enablement, or sales enablement
- Strong ability to translate complex product capabilities into compelling business outcomes and partner value propositions
- Experience creating scalable enablement assets including battlecards, case studies, sales tools, onboarding materials, and GTM support content
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with sales, product, partnerships, and leadership teams
- Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational capabilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience working with POS platforms, payments, fintech, or commerce infrastructure
- Experience supporting channel sales or partner-led growth models
- Experience within SaaS ecosystem environments
- Comfort presenting to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Experience leveraging automation or AI-assisted workflows to improve scalability and operational efficiency
