Key Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive prospect research within insurance and M&A markets to identify qualified opportunities.
- Own CRM hygiene, data integrity, and pipeline management processes across the organization.
- Act as an internal CRM and process resource for the legal team, ensuring consistency and accountability.
- Qualify inbound and referral-generated leads to ensure productive discovery meetings for attorneys and leadership.
- Generate pipeline reporting and analytics using CRM systems and Excel tools.
- Support sales process improvements and help streamline communication, lead follow-up, and pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and legal staff in a highly accountable EOS-driven environment.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, sales operations, or B2B sales.
- Strong CRM experience with a proven ability to maintain clean, accurate, and actionable data.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfort working with reporting and research tools.
- Strong organizational skills, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Professional communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with executives and attorneys.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with a minimum of two days onsite weekly.
- Coachable mindset with the ability to execute detailed direction quickly and accurately.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience within insurance, legal services, M&A, or professional services industries.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Clio Grow, Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with EOS processes or L10 meetings.
- Research-heavy or data-driven sales support background.
