Position Title: Inside Sales Associate
Location: Corporate Office (Hybrid Schedule)
Compensation: $70-100k base DOE bonus structure and full benefits

You’ll be at the center of the sales engine - generating new business, building relationships, and helping drive revenue growth for a well-established manufacturing company.
You’ll work alongside a collaborative sales team, with visibility into the full sales cycle and the opportunity to make a direct impact on results.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll own the front end of the sales process and help fuel the pipeline:
- Generate new business through inbound follow-up outbound outreach (calls, emails, research)
- Identify and qualify opportunities through independent market research
- Understand customer needs and position solutions effectively
- Partner with sales team members to advance and close deals
- Maintain and manage activity in Salesforce CRM
- Build and grow a strong pipeline of prospective customers
- Research accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Deliver engaging online demos and presentations
- Occasionally attend trade shows, customer visits, and industry events
What Success Looks Like
- You consistently create and qualify opportunities
- You’re comfortable picking up the phone and driving conversations
- You stay organized, proactive, and own your pipeline
- You collaborate well but can also run independently
What They’re Looking For
- 5 years of sales experience
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and lead generation tools like ZoomInfo
- Strong communication skills—written and verbal
- Naturally curious, driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and think creatively
- Degree preferred (not a dealbreaker with strong experience)
