Sales Tech LLC is seeking motivated, detail-oriented Remote Appointment Setters to join our growing remote sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-driven, enjoy communicating with others, and are comfortable working in a performance-based environment.

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll engage with warm inbound leads through direct messaging (primarily on Facebook) to pre-qualify prospects and schedule calls for our closing team. This is a commission-only position with no base salary.

• Engage with warm leads via Facebook DMs (no cold calling).
• Qualify prospects using company-provided scripts and criteria.
• Schedule appointments for our sales closers.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups.
• Meet weekly goals for booked and attended calls.
• Participate in regular team check-ins and training sessions.

• $100 for every qualified, booked, and attended call.
• 10% commission on closed deals (average deal size: $3,000–$5,000).
• Weekly coaching and onboarding support.
• Access to proven scripts, tools, and tracking systems.
• Clear promotion path to Closer and Sales Manager roles.
• 100% remote role with flexible scheduling.

• U.S. citizen or resident.
• Strong written English and professional communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable using Facebook for direct outreach.
• Prior experience in appointment setting or sales is a plus, but not required.

This is a commission-only position. Average monthly earnings range from $4,000 to $7,000, based on performance. There is no base salary. Top performers may earn more.
