Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new leads and follow up with existing prospects
- Engage potential clients through warm calling and telemarketing techniques to set appointments for the sales team
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with target customer profiles
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to optimize outreach strategies
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions
- Follow up on previous contacts to nurture relationships and increase appointment conversions
Skills
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or appointment setting within B2B sales environments
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate product benefits
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer data and sales activities
