CES Roofing is a Florida-based commercial roofing company specializing in roof coatings, TPO, modified bitumen, SPF, and metal roofing systems. We serve property managers, building owners, and facility directors throughout Tampa Bay, Orlando, Sarasota, and beyond — helping them protect and extend the life of their buildings with proactive roof management and industry-leading warranties.
Responsibilities
- Make 100–150 outbound calls per day to commercial property owners, facility directors, and property managers.
- Use lead lists to identify and qualify prospects.
- Set appointments for our commercial roofing specialists to conduct on-site or virtual assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversations, and scheduled meetings in our CRM.
- Follow up with leads via email or phone to confirm appointments and keep communication consistent.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and communication skills.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment goals.
- Contribute to a positive, energetic, and professional team culture that values collaboration and growth.
- Hours 20-40 hours per week.
Qualifications
- 1 years of successful outbound calling or appointment-setting experience (call center, B2B, or inside sales preferred).
- Strong, confident phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM systems
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic — able to stay organized and productive without constant supervision.
