This is a high-impact, hunter-focused sales role responsible for building net new pipeline and acquiring enterprise clients within the IT services and consulting space. The organization has built a strong reputation, deep customer relationships, and consistently high close rates—but is now making a deliberate investment in a more proactive outbound sales motion to accelerate growth.
You will play a critical role in shaping and executing that motion, with significant autonomy and direct influence on revenue generation.
What You’ll Do
- Generate net new pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Target mid-to-large enterprise accounts ($1B–$5B in revenue)
- Build a strong presence in the Phoenix market through networking and industry engagement
Sales Execution
- Engage CIOs, CTOs, and senior IT leaders in consultative conversations
- Position services around business outcomes rather than products
- Own early-stage deal development, qualification, and opportunity creation
Pipeline Development
- Operate independently without a fully built outbound engine
- Leverage tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive prospecting efforts
- Develop, test, and refine messaging and outreach strategies
Collaboration
- Partner closely with sales leadership and technical teams to progress deals
- Transition opportunities for solutioning and closing support
- Maintain relationships post-sale to support land-and-expand growth

- 3 years of experience selling IT Service solutions
- Proven ability to generate net new pipeline with a true hunter mentality
- Experience selling services (not just products or licenses)
- Track record of navigating complex enterprise sales cycles
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $90,000–$105,000
- On-Target Earnings: ~$300,000
- Uncapped commission structure
Commission Structure
- 1% on billings (paid quarterly)
- 1.5% on net new bookings (TCV-based, up to 3 years)
- Additional 1% kicker on deals over $500K
- 0.5% on renewals
