About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to join a small, high-impact team focused on driving new business opportunities. This is a highly outbound role where you’ll play a critical part in building pipeline and generating qualified meetings for the sales organization, while having the opportunity to take on smaller deals and run them to close.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conducting high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, sequences) to prospective clients
- Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
- Scheduling meetings for Account Executives
- Engaging with inbound leads from marketing campaigns and industry events
- Collaborating closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 6 months of outbound sales development or business development experience
- Background in B2B environments; exposure to technology or SaaS is preferred but not required
- Comfortable with high-volume activity (calls, emails, social outreach)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms
- Strong communication skills and resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated by performance metrics and career advancement opportunities
