About the Role:
Lead and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on new logo acquisition. You’ll drive strategy, talent development, and sales excellence while contributing to a culture built on performance and collaboration.
- Hire, onboard, and develop sales talent
- Partner with leadership on GTM strategy
- Manage territory systems and reporting, ensuring team pipeline and forecast is up-to-date
- Represent the company at client meetings and events (~1 week/month travel)
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3 years managing full-cycle Account Executives who target companies over 1,000 employees
- 8 years of new logo B2B sales success
- Experience managing consultative and complex sales
- Empathetic, humble, and collaborative leader
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
