What You’ll Do
- Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain a pipeline of decision-makers (CROs, VPs of Sales, Talent Leaders, etc.)
- Partner with the leadership team to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Set qualified meetings and create opportunities
- Track activity and results in CRM, reporting on progress and insights
- Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and a solutions-first mindset
- 6 months of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles (internships included)
- Strong communicator who can confidently engage with executives
- Resilient, competitive, and self-motivated
- You thrive on hitting and exceeding goals
- Organized and process-oriented, with attention to detail in outreach and follow-up
