What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Trainer position at Sales Gravy?
About Sales Gravy:
Sales Gravy is one of the fastest-growing privately held companies in America. Our mission is simple: We help sales organizations, sales leaders, and salespeople Sell More and Win More.

Sales Gravy is hiring a Sales Trainer who is both a proven seller and a skilled coach. This is a dual-role position where you are responsible for generating revenue and delivering world-class training.
You will build and manage your own pipeline—prospecting, booking meetings, closing deals, and growing accounts—while also delivering high-impact training and coaching to sales teams and leaders.
This is not a support role. You will carry a number, own your results, and be expected to consistently win new business while helping clients improve performance.
Our trainers work with organizations ranging from high-growth startups to global enterprises, delivering proven frameworks that drive measurable sales outcomes.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love the discipline of prospecting, and are passionate about developing others, this role offers a unique opportunity to do both at a high level.
