Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and performance of multiple field sales and inside sales programs.
- Manage and support Program Managers, Team Leads, and sales personnel to achieve established performance goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales production, staffing levels, and operational efficiency.
- Identify underperforming programs and implement corrective action plans to improve results.
- Collaborate with Recruiting and HR to coordinate hiring, onboarding, employee retention, and workforce planning.
- Oversee new program launches, training coordination, and operational readiness.
- Analyze sales reports, productivity metrics, and financial performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and accountability.
- Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- 5 years of experience in operations management, sales operations, or sales leadership.
- 3 years of experience managing teams or multiple business units.
- Proven ability to manage sales performance, employee productivity, and operational processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience analyzing KPIs, sales metrics, and operational reports.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Sales outsourcing, business process outsourcing (BPO), or multi-client operations.
- B2B/B2C sales, outside sales, door-to-door sales, or inside sales management.
- Client relationship management, workforce planning, and program profitability.
