The Role
We are hiring motivated Inside Sales Representatives to support a variety of client programs across industries such as technology, energy, healthcare, and business services.

What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs
- Schedule appointments or close sales based on campaign structure
- Deliver a clear and compelling value proposition
- Handle objections and navigate conversations with decision-makers
- Accurately track activity and pipeline in CRM systems
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- High level of coachability and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time W-2 position
- Base salary uncapped commission
- On-target earnings typically range from $50,000–$85,000
