Deployment Admin – Data Entry Specialist

Report to: Deployment Administrative Manager
The Deployment Admin – Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and analyzing deployment-related data to support McDonald’s deployment projects. This position plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity, timely reporting, and administrative support for deployment activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment while handling sensitive and confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Documentation
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain deployment and project records in Smartsheet and Microsoft Excel.
- Organize and manage electronic records to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and compliance with established standards.
- Generate routine and ad hoc reports for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all deployment-related information.
- Deployment Support & Coordination
- Collaborate with the Deployment Admin team to ensure timely and accurate project tracking.
- Perform basic data evaluation to identify discrepancies, trends, or items requiring follow-up.
- Provide administrative support related to deployment activities and documentation.
- Multi-Departmental Assistance
- Work with internal teams as needed to support deployment and operational needs.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and assist other departments during peak workloads or coverage needs.
- Coordinate with managers and team members to identify priority tasks and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks to support overall business operations.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for data entry, typing, and operating office equipment.
- Ability to see and read computer screens, reports, and printed materials.
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching may be required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10–15 pounds occasionally.
Work Environment:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet or similar project management tools.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
