Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Business Development Manager con enfoque en producto hispano, responsable de gestionar una cartera activa de clientes y liderar el crecimiento estratégico en nuevos mercados y canales de distribución.

Esta posición tendrá un papel clave en la expansión de nuestra presencia comercial, combinando habilidades analíticas, enfoque en resultados y visión estratégica.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Administrar y fortalecer relaciones con una cartera existente de clientes.
  • Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, especialmente en el segmento de productos hispanos.
  • Liderar estrategias de crecimiento para incrementar ventas y penetración de mercado.
  • Gestionar el ciclo completo de pedidos, desde la prospección hasta el cierre y postventa.
  • Desarrollar y consolidar nuevos canales de distribución.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos internos de ventas, marketing y operaciones.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia comprobada en desarrollo de negocios, ventas o gestión comercial, preferiblemente en consumo masivo o productos dirigidos al mercado hispano.
  • Habilidades sólidas de comunicación en español e inglés (Bilingüe)
  • Alta orientación a resultados, pensamiento estratégico y capacidad de negociación.
  • Proactividad y autonomía en la toma de decisiones.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with a focus on Hispanic products, responsible for managing an existing client portfolio and driving strategic growth in new markets and distribution channels.

This role is key to expanding our commercial presence and requires a strong analytical mindset, results orientation, and strategic vision.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage and strengthen relationships with an existing portfolio of clients.

Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a focus on the Hispanic market segment.

Lead growth strategies to increase sales and market penetration.

Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and post-sales follow-up.

Develop and consolidate new distribution channels.

Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams.


Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or commercial management, ideally in FMCG or Hispanic-focused products.

Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Results-driven, strategic thinker, and skilled negotiator.

Proactive and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel.
