What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spanish Speaking Secretary position at Salerno & Goldberg, P.C.?
We are a small-medium sized law firm seeking a motivated bilingual secretary to join our administrative team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact between our legal staff and our clients, many of whom are Spanish-speaking. Your ability to communicate fluently and accurately in both English and Spanish will be essential to ensuring that every client receives clear, professional, and attentive service from the moment they first reach out to our office.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls to the office and managing case files to assist in keeping the office running smoothly. You will assist clients with case updates, and other issues they encounter during the life of their case. Additionally, you will handle data entry, maintain legal documents, and support the overall administrative operations of the firm.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their communication abilities, understands the sensitivity of legal matters, and is committed to representing the firm with the highest level of professionalism in every client interaction. Ensuring all client communications are respectful and professional is key, as our clients are the base of our business.
If you have prior experience in the personal injury or another legal field we would love to have you, but it is by no means necessary. We are very happy to teach you everything on the job, as long as you are willing to learn.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
