Duties
- Process vehicle registrations, title transfers, and licensing paperwork efficiently and accurately
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding vehicle documentation, registration status, and related services
- Handle cashiering duties including processing payments and issuing receipts with professional phone etiquette
- Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of vehicle records and administrative documents
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dealership or automotive repair environments is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, inventory management, and administrative procedures
- Experience with retail sales, cash handling, and customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of dealership operations including inventory control and public speaking skills for client interactions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
- Familiarity with outbound sales strategies, sales pipeline management, and sales management practices
